Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

USA:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Canada & International:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days

Please note that currently for international shipping the customer may get charged a duties tax upon arrival (depending on the country's regulations). We are aware of this and are currently working on improving our international logistics so that it is more accessible for customers outside of the US. Thank you for your patience and please reach out to us if you have any questions.

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please check your junk mail if you don't see it. If you haven't received your order, please email us at hello@kindtallow.com.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Exchanges: Did you order an item but it’s not what you expected? No problem! You can return or exchange it within 14 days if it's unopened (return costs are at your own expense). We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the unopened item.

    Refunds: Sometimes we change our minds, and that's okay. We're confident you'll love our products, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at hello@kindtallow.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

    We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on sale items, gift cards, limited edition items, or any item that is older than 14 days from the date of purchase.

    Please note that customers are responsible for paying return postage for any returned items. Store credit issued does not include shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.

     

    Entered Wrong Shipping Address

    If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at hello@kindtallow.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to correct the address before your order is shipped.

    If your order has already been sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address in your Apple Pay or Shop Pay, we will make one exception and resend your order to the correct address free of charge. For future orders, please double-check that your address is correct in your payment service.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@kindtallow.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
