Where We Ship We are excited to offer shipping across the USA, Australia, Canada, and Western Europe. Our goal is to get your products to you wherever you are, safe and fast.

Shipping Providers and Delivery Times Our shipping operations are partnered with ShipBob, ensuring your items are handled with care and professionalism. For domestic deliveries within the USA, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.50, estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: $13.50, estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

For international shipments, we use DHL among other carriers, with rates ranging from $18 to $25. Please note, international deliveries can take over a month due to the time required to clear customs.

Order Processing We pride ourselves on swift service. All orders are processed within 24 hours to ensure you receive your products promptly.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Packaging Our products are packaged standardly with no special packaging details.

Returns and Exchanges We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you do not need to send the item back; we will refund you no questions asked. For exchanges, if your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Customs and International Shipping Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional fees for customs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and we have no control over them.

Damaged or Lost Items If an item arrives damaged, we will happily replace it at no additional cost to you. If an item is lost in transit, please contact us and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
